This enchanting and fully air-conditioned custom villa
is tucked away behind an electronic gate in a lush tropical setting
and enjoys panoramic sunset views of famous Magen's Bay.
It is built as two pavilions separated by a covered walkway, hot tub
and swimming pool. The main pavilion contains the large great
room with an open plan kitchen that has granite counter tops and a dining area. The great room opens
out through french doors to a long covered deck for
alfresco dining and relaxing. There is a queen sofa bed and large screen television in the great room.
The spacious master bedroom/bath suite has granite counter tops with a walk in closet and has its own private covered veranda.
The computer/sitting room also adjoins in this pavilion. The second pavilion
offers another master bedroom/bath suite and a complete
apartment suite with king bed below, both with private covered verandas. Apartment has a twin sofa bed. Beautifully
furnished with woods and ceramic tiles. Diva
is a wonderful retreat for laid back vacation days, watching
the sun sparkle on blue Magen's Bay.
Diva is located
in exclusive Peterborg, a peninsula that forms Magen's Bay. Nearest beach
is a 3-4 minute walk and Magen's Bay Beach is a 5 minute drive. Diva has
a large level parking area.
No smoking allowed inside the villa.
